How we work

AI speed.CPA accountability.

We built our own automation platform so your books get done at machine speed, then put a CPA over every file so a human is accountable for what the machine produces.

The model

Three steps, and a human at the end of every one

Connect

We link your bank feeds, payroll, and payment systems once. No spreadsheets, no shoebox.

Automate

Our platform categorizes, matches, and reconciles continuously through the month, so the work that used to take a bookkeeper days happens in hours.

Review & advise

A CPA reviews every close, catches what software can’t judge, and turns clean numbers into decisions: taxes, cash flow, what to do next.

Thinking about AI bookkeeping?

You should be. So did we.

The AI tools are right about one thing: nobody should pay a human to key in transactions anymore. We haven’t for years. The difference is what happens after the software runs: an app can’t be accountable to your lender, your board, or the IRS. A CPA can. Here, one is.

What automation does here

  • Connects your bank, payroll, and payment feeds
  • Categorizes and matches transactions continuously
  • Reconciles and flags anything unusual
  • Does the repetitive data work in hours, not days

What your CPA does here

  • Reviews every close and signs off on the numbers
  • Catches what software can’t judge: owner draws, loans, accruals
  • Stands behind the books for your lender, board, and the IRS
  • Turns clean numbers into tax and cash-flow decisions

A fair question

Why not just use Intuit’s bookkeepers?

Intuit’s in-house service is a reasonable fit for a very simple business. But it updates your books monthly, and it doesn’t handle invoicing, bill pay, A/R and A/P, or inventory, and its bookkeepers can’t give business-specific tax advice or file your return.

We run the full back office and connect your books straight to tax planning and CFO-level advice, so the same numbers that get reconciled are the ones driving your decisions.
